1. Acceptance of Terms · 接受條款

By using mentalfridge.com (the "Service"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. Users under 18 are advised to register with parental or guardian supervision.
使用 mentalfridge.com（下稱「本服務」）即代表您接受本條款。如不同意請即停用。建議未滿 18 歲使用者由家長或監護人陪同註冊。

2. Nature of the Service · 本服務的性質

• Mental Fridge is a mental health self-management and preventive tool · 精神雪櫃為精神健康自我管理及預防工具，not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or counselling service · 並非醫療診斷、治療或心理輔導服務。
• All content (assessment results, recommendations, insights) is for reference only and cannot replace professional medical advice · 所有內容（評估結果、建議、洞察）僅供參考，不可替代專業醫療意見。

3. Your Responsibilities · 您的責任

• Provide accurate information (nicknames may be freely chosen, but email must be valid) · 提供真實準確的資料（暱稱可自由選擇，但電郵須真實有效）。
• Safeguard your login credentials and do not share your account · 妥善保管登入憑證，請勿與他人共用帳戶。
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing activities · 不得將本服務用於違法、騷擾、誹謗或侵權行為。
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or scrape the Service without authorisation · 不得未經授權嘗試逆向工程、入侵或爬取本服務。
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether share cards, screenshots, or exports are appropriate for public release · 分享卡、截圖、匯出內容是否適合公開由您自行判斷並承擔責任。

4. Our Responsibilities · 我們的責任

• We endeavour to keep the Service stable and available, but do not guarantee 100% uptime · 我們盡力保持服務穩定可用，但不保證 100% uptime。
• We will notify you by email of material feature changes or service disruptions · 重大功能變動或服務中斷將以電郵通知。
• We comply with the PDPO in handling your personal data (see Privacy Policy for details) · 我們依《個人資料（私隱）條例》處理您的個人資料（詳見私隱政策）。
• We provide reasonable data export and deletion mechanisms · 提供合理的資料匯出及刪除機制。

5. Intellectual Property · 智慧財產權

• The "Mental Fridge" brand, concept, and copy are originally created and licensed by Ben Sir (歐陽偉豪); platform code and design belong to Mental Fridge Limited · 「精神雪櫃」品牌、概念、文案由 Ben Sir（歐陽偉豪）原創授權，平台程式碼及設計屬精神雪櫃有限公司。
• The journal, food, and custom content you input belongs to you · 您輸入的日記、食糧及自訂內容，版權屬於您本人。 We merely host it on your behalf and will not use it for commercial purposes (unless you individually consent to public sharing) · 我們僅代為儲存，不會作商業用途（除非您個別同意公開分享）。
• Research datasets must undergo de-identification + IRB approval + your opt-in before use · 研究資料集採用前必經去識別化 + IRB 審批 + 您的 opt-in。

6. Account and Termination · 帳戶及終止

• You may delete your account at any time from the Dashboard. All PII data will be permanently deleted within 30 days · 您可隨時於 Dashboard 刪除帳戶，30 日內永久刪除全部 PII 資料。
• If you violate these terms (e.g., harassment of others, mass data scraping), we may suspend or terminate your account and notify you of the reason by email · 如違反條款（例如騷擾他人、爬取大量資料），我們可暫停或終止您的帳戶，並以電郵通知原因。
• School procurement users are governed by separate contracts; the individual terms apply supplementarily · 學校採購用戶受獨立合約管轄，個人條款補充適用。

7. Disclaimer · 免責聲明

• The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties · 本服務「按現狀」提供，不附任何明示或默示保證。
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the Service · 我們不對因使用或無法使用本服務造成的任何直接或間接損失負責。
• All AI-generated insights and recommendations are for reference only and may not form the basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions · 所有 AI 生成的洞察及建議僅供參考，不可作為醫療、法律或財務決定的基礎。

8. Updates to Terms · 條款更新

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email and shown as in-app prompts. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
本條款可能隨產品演進更新。重大變動將以電郵通知並於應用程式內顯示提示。繼續使用即代表接受新條款。

9. Governing Law · 適用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議由香港法院專屬管轄。
